Me and my friends were going to 2 Museum in Jakarta as our first Field Trip on this last semester. I got the 2nd Bus and we had a lot of fun there! The first place we went was Museum Fatahillah. We saw a lot of history things that was about VOC such as a drawing of Jan Pieterzoon Coen and Sultan Agung painted by Sudjojono. Then we saw some furniture of the 17th century such as cabinets and tables. And we saw a bed that made of teakwood withEmpire style from 18th century. After we were seeing some of the furniture and some paintings of them, I and my friend and Mr. Novel went to the underground jail. It was too dark so we couldn't see anything. Then we headed to the place where the VOC kept their cannon-balls inside. The cannon-balls were quite heavy.
After we were having so much fun at the Museum Fatahillah, we went to Museum Tekstil. The funniest thing that we do there was when we made batik motive. It's my first time, so it's too hard for me. I thought it was easy, but when I kept practicing, I made it pretty easy. So I made a good job far it! Then we saw some dresses what the famous Traditional designers from Indonesia made such as Kain Panjang, Kain Sarung, Selendang, and many more.
When the time was done, we went back to HI. The best moment is when we went back by passing the center of Jakarta. So we saw Monas Tower and also we passed by Bunderan HI. We've got a long time there. And at the Bus, we had a lot of fun! And when we arrived at HI, we went to our home safely.
